What to Expect

Sara Smith

The Messy Day Party is a place where everyone can be a kid. Be one of the first to plan this unique party that everyone will be talking about for years to come!

Step #1 Contact your party coordinator and reserve your date with a $50 down payment.

Step #2 Choose your Party Package and location to host the party. We will set up, lead the party, and clean up.

Step #3 Invite with our invitations, postcards, or flyers. Invite through your facebook, e-vites, and by talking, talking, talking! Collect RSVP's and let us do the rest!  You can sit back or enjoy the mess!  All guests need to know:

  * Wear clothes that can be ruined

  * Bring an old towel, a plastic bag, and a clean set of clothes for the ride home.

  * Adults are invited to join in on almost 2 hours of messy fun.

  * Clean up in our 'kid wash' before going home with a big grin and lots of stories to tell!

Book a party that everyone is sure to remember! *In a world of 'no' this party is the time and the place to

say "YES" to the MESS!

I am just a  Mom that read an article in Mothering Magazine about a group of parents that wanted to embrace the mess of discovery and give their children the freedom of messy play.  They decided to let them play in flour and in the mud and eventually hosted a messy party.  It sounded like a fun, creative experience and I was inspired to give it a try. Since I am really a child at heart, I started dreaming up all sorts of things that would become absolute messy chaos!   I hosted my first messy day in 2006 with eight kids in attendance.  Our most recent annual party has grown to more than 60 kids + families.  Watching parents return to their childhood and their children letting go of the expectation to 'behave' is pure joy!  In all of it's chaos, it is my hope that kids can be carefree and the adults can rediscover their youthful freedom. Messy Day Party creates an opportunity for positive relationships to be fostered and the love of parenting rekindled.  So, relax and let loose alongside your kids and embrace the mess of life!

Say YES to the MESS!
